SPACE FOR THIS TRIP IS LIMITED TO 15 -20 PEOPLE. 
If you desire to join us, submit your deposit as soon as possible to reserve your spot.  It will not be reserved until your deposit is submitted.

PASSPORT:
A valid passport is required for this trip.  Your FIRST STEP should be getting a passport or renewing your passport.  Please complete this before you make your first deposit!

ESTIMATED COST:  
Approximately $2,500 per person.

Exact cost will be determined when airline tickets are purchased.  Once tickets are purchased, all money deposited is non-refundable.  No exceptions.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE:

• $400 deposit is due by December 1, 2023 to hold your space

• $700 payment is due by February 1st

• $700 payment is due by April 1st

• $700 final payment (or remaining balance) is due by May 7th

DETAILS:
The cost of the trip includes your airline ticket, all ground transportation, a tourist day, housing, and most of your food.  It does NOT include food on travel days or food on our tourist day.  It does NOT include the cost of your passport, either.

PAYMENTS:
Please don’t put payments in the church offering. Submit them on the registration link online or hand them directly to Brenda Davis (209.495.3861), so she can keep record of payments received.  Checks must be made payable to Trinity Church and have “Poland Trip” on the memo line, as well as the participant’s name.

If you plan to make partial payments online, you will need to create a profile account with a password.  Contact Brenda Davis if you need assistance with this.
